Eric Regenbogen is a Vice President Originator at Arbor Realty Trust, specializing in multifamily loan origination and commercial real estate lending since August 2016. With a strong background in real estate influenced by a familial legacy, Eric began with Arbor as an intern while studying at SUNY New Paltz, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance was earned. Under Eric's leadership, Arbor has consistently ranked as a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® Multifamily Lender, providing competitive financing solutions including bridge loans, FHA multifamily loans, and customized financing for single-family rental portfolios. Prior experience includes asset management internships at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and a role as a basketball counselor.
