Ethan Gale

Ethan Gale is a finance and real estate graduate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration earned in 2023. Currently serving as a Screening Analyst and previously an Asset Management Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust since July 2023, Ethan has gained extensive experience in commercial real estate. Participation in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop from April 2021 to April 2023 provided high-level training in financial modeling and brokerage. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, Development Summer Analyst at L&L Holding Company, and Office Leasing Intern at JLL. Ethan co-founded MX Locker and served as Social Chairman on the Executive Board of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. Early work experience includes teaching guitar and counseling at Camp Manitou for Boys. A semester studying abroad in Madrid in 2022 further enriched Ethan's academic background.
