Geoffrey Platt

Geoffrey Platt is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate lending, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Multifamily Loan Originator at Arbor Realty Trust since October 2010. With a focus on cultivating strong client relationships, Geoffrey has contributed to Arbor's status as a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® Multifamily Lender and has expertise in various lending solutions, including CMBS, small loans, and bridge financing. Prior to Arbor, Geoffrey served as a Principal at Pomander Associates LLC, specializing in acquisition opportunities and profit improvement strategies. Geoffrey began professional development through Bear Stearns & Co. in their Management Trainee Program, gaining valuable insights into fixed income products. Geoffrey holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from Brandeis University.
