Howard Leiner

Howard Leiner is a technology executive with extensive experience in financial services and academia. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Arbor Realty Trust since December 2018, Howard has held various leadership roles at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2018, including Managing Director in multiple technology divisions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Howard was CTO at C-BASS, LLC, and held programming roles at Deutsche Bank and Smith Barney. Additionally, Howard has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hofstra University since February 2021. Howard holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
