Jim Fiesel

Jim Fiesel has an extensive background in commercial real estate lending and multifamily investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Originations at Arbor Realty Trust since October 2024, Jim Fiesel previously held multiple roles within the same organization, including Vice President and Multifamily Loan Originator from September 2015 to June 2022. Additionally, since June 2022, Jim Fiesel has been the Vice President of Acquisitions at Meridia - Capodagli Property Company, focusing on a value-add multifamily investment platform. Earlier in a career, Jim Fiesel worked as an Associate at Meridian Capital Group from March 2013 to September 2015. Jim Fiesel holds a B.A. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and has also studied at The American University of Rome.
