John Richardson

John Richardson has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate lending industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Underwriter for Arbor Realty Trust, John oversees a large underwriting pipeline for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Prior to their current role, John held various positions within Arbor Realty Trust, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Before joining Arbor, John worked as an Assistant Vice President at Citizens Bank, where John managed a significant commercial real estate loan portfolio. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from St. Lawrence University.
