Jonathan Mendes

Jonathan Mendes is an experienced professional in commercial real estate lending, currently serving as Director and Multifamily Loan Originator at Arbor Realty Trust since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Commercial Real Estate Associate at M&T Bank from September 2017 to October 2019. Jonathan's early career included roles as a Summer Analyst at HPS Investment Partners, LLC in 2016 and at J.P. Morgan in 2015. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, both from St. Bonaventure University, and a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Chaminade High School.
