Katherine Toba

Katherine Toba is an experienced professional in operational compliance and quality management, currently serving as Manager of Operational Compliance at Arbor Realty Trust since July 2012. In this role, Katherine manages the front-end quality control review process for closed loans and has implemented quality control processes for new loan product lines. Previously at EY from April 2008 to July 2012, Katherine worked as a Quality Risk & Management Associate, focusing on compliance through the development of reporting metrics and archiving initiatives. Katherine's early career included a role as Compliance/Registration Coordinator at Gilman Ciocia Inc., where responsibilities included managing registration processes and conducting various checks on candidates. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Pace University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Dutchess Community College.
