Sarah Brinkman

Sarah Brinkman, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Structured Asset Management at Arbor Realty Trust, managing a diverse structured loan portfolio that includes mezzanine and bridge loans, REO properties, and preferred equity positions. Brinkman has also contributed to the educational field as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State Smeal College of Business, leading a capstone course and guiding students in business analysis practices. Previously, Brinkman held key positions in asset management at Greystone and DVO Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed managing multifamily portfolios and overseeing financing activities. Brinkman has a strong legal background, with experience as a paralegal and administrative assistant in various law firms, and holds an MBA in Finance from Penn State University and a BA in Political Science and Government from Georgia State University.
