Chauncey Lynch

Chauncey Lynch is the current VP of Finance at Arbor Research Collaborative for Health. Prior to this, Chauncey was the Sr. Director of FP&A and Project Finance at Cognosante from August 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Chauncey was responsible for full PL & Corporate Reporting, leading the annual plan's development, including firm and new business financial forecasts and business unit overhead requirements. Chauncey also managed monthly closing, reporting, and review cadence, which included variance analysis to various KPIs and fiscal periods, risk and opportunity management, EAC development and review, pipeline analysis, billing and AR management, overhead expense review and approval, labor profitability analysis, invoice review, and approval.

Before working at Cognosante, Chauncey Lynch managed FP&A and Project Finance department (10 Direct FTEs) from the ground up, including hiring, developing, coaching, performance evaluation, and consistently challenging the team to step outside their comfort zone and test the status quo. Chauncey has also prepared valuation analysis including multiples and comparable analysis, as well as determining working capital targets. Lastly, Chauncey has developed financial projections for the potential acquisitions, divestitures, or a specific initiative, including the impact on the company.

Chauncey Lynch has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and a BA in Finance from Frostburg State University.

They work with Ellen LaChance - Senior Project Manager, Kaden Milkovich - Senior Project Manager, and Shanthy Edward - VP, Strategic Growth. Their manager is Christopher Spera, President. Glenda Ward - Senior Financial Analyst, Joanna Luan - Financial Analyst, and Robert Parker - Accountant report to Chauncey Lynch.
