Rick Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A advisory, particularly for Legal Technology and Legal Services companies. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Arbor Ridge Partners since June 2018, Rick advises on mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, including litigation support and eDiscovery. Rick has also been a Principal at Fortis Consulting since May 2006, providing advisory services to a select group of companies. Previously, Rick co-founded eDirect Impact, serving as President until its merger with Elijah Ltd. in 2013, and held leadership roles at Advocate Solutions and Doculex. Rick’s early career includes positions as Senior Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Attorney at Mayer Brown. Rick holds a degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and studied Economics at Michigan State University.
