Marjorie Chan

Marjorie brings a deep understanding of accounting and compliance with a focus on internal supporting services.

Prior to Arbor, she worked for Ernst & Young in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice. She served both public and private institutions and was responsible for providing US Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) and Japan SOX compliance services and delivering audit and advisory services. She brings additional experience from working in-house for a global corporation listed on the NYSE, leading the company’s policy compliance projects and performance improvement programs.

Marjorie received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accountancy at the Hong Kong Baptist University. She has a practicing certificate for securities from the Hong Kong Securities and Investing Institution and is a member of CPA Australia.
