Chris Forte

Chris Forte has extensive experience in asset management, with a focus on multifamily housing properties. Chris is currently working as an Asset Manager at Arbor Realty Trust since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Asset Management at ArborCrowd starting from June 2019. From April 2017 to April 2018, Chris was involved in asset management at Hudson Valley Property Group. Chris held the position of Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Hudson Housing Capital from January 2010 to March 2017, where they managed a portfolio of over 65 multifamily housing properties and worked on various aspects of the development cycle. Before that, they worked as a Development Underwriter at The Richman Group from March 2006 to October 2009.

Chris Forte attended The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. During their time at the university, their field of study focused on Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
