Project Finance and Investment Management activities cover a suite of direct investment strategies, private equity and debt funds as well as outsourced solutions. 

We are corporate, renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate experts having gathered outstanding experience in designing, setting-up, financing and operating projects, SPVs and investment assets in Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

Arborescence Capital set up in 2009 Arborescence Investment, a Luxemburg multi-compartment SICAV-SIF (Specialized Investment Fund), developing investment strategies in private equity in renewable energy (Europe and Africa) and real estate assets (Europe).

Recently, Arborescence Capital has launched ARB Infrastructure Debt. This Fund provides long-term financing solutions for Euro Zone infrastructures, independently from the approach given to project contracting, covering Conventional Procurement (95% of total Infrastructure investments), as well as Public-Private Partnerships. ARB Infrastructure Debt exclusive project pipeline amounts currently to EUR 2 billion.
