Justin Dimick

Co-Founder at ArborMetrix

Justin Dimick began their career in 2007 as Professor and Chair of Surgery and George D. Zuidema Professor of Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical School. In 2011, they co-founded ArborMetrix, Inc., a healthcare analytics and software firm specializing in measurement of hospital- and specialty-based care. Through ArborMetrix, Justin helped hospital leaders and other stakeholders respond to increasing market pressures to understand and optimize their efficiency.

Justin Dimick attended Cornell University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology. Justin then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). From 2003 to 2005, they attended Dartmouth College, where they earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Services Research. Justin then attended the University of Michigan Medical School from 2000 to 2007, where they completed Surgical Residency Training.
