As the Data Science Team Leader at ArborMetrix, Theresa oversees the data science team. She has experience working in a variety of roles, including data analyst and data scientist. In her most recent position as team leader for the data science department, she oversees a group of six data scientists who design and implement statistical and machine learning models, such as risk and reliability adjustment, as well as advanced analytics strategies and solutions that are suited to the needs of the customer. She oversees the creation of the “Measure2.0” core data science platform for measure development.

Theresa has more than six years of experience working for ArborMetrix in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with different teams to create a standardized measure template in a single location, considerably reducing measuring errors and the time needed for measure communication. In addition, she has created effective and reusable SQL code to provide real-time performance measures on analytical online apps with the aim of transforming data into insights that enhance clinical outcome and quality of treatment.

Theresa has also worked with the Product and Engineering team to develop a yearly product roadmap for the core data solution ‘Measure 2.0’, an internal Python package that provided a python-yaml interactive framework for writing, developing, documenting, and maintaining measures to feed web applications. She holds a B.A.in Applied Mathematics & Economics from The University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S in Statistics from Columbia University.



Theresa Hu

Rajashri is responsible for developing and building the Software Engineering team whose efforts build the next generation of [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix) technologies.

She is a skilled web development manager with experience leading teams through complex implementations of web solutions, while delivering quality-oriented results. Her passion and strength lie in creating high performing teams through personal development, trust, and communication. Rajashri has extensive industry experience including a start in front-end development before moving into managing and supporting software engineering teams. She is an expert in SDLC multiple development methodologies and is a seasoned Scrum Master.

Prior to joining [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix), Rajashri served in several leadership roles where she managed and supported teams of cross functional engineers and front-end developers, focusing on web development best practices, quality, security, development patterns, and growth and development of team members.

Rajashri holds a bachelor’s in computer sciences from PSG College of Technology, India.

Rajashri Bharathan

Jeff leads the direction and development of the service offerings. He understands the complexities of the healthcare industry and has a strong, customer-focused attitude. These combined strengths deliver impactful results to the customers and support their long-term success. 

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in delivering healthcare software and services. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at several healthcare IT companies, where he built teams to provide implementation, support, and account management services.

Prior to [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix), Jeff was Vice President, Services at InVita Healthcare Technologies, where he streamlined workflows for implementations to reduce variability and increased first call resolution rates through knowledge transfer sessions. He approaches his work with an innovative outlook that has led to the development of new service offerings by utilizing untapped skill sets. He has also held management positions with [NantHealth](/org/nanthealth), and [GE Healthcare](/org/ge-healthcare-limited), and was a biomedical engineer at a VA Medical Center. Jeff holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Jeffrey Pagnini

Sree leads the engineering team as Vice President, Engineering at ArborMetrix. He understands the ever-changing healthcare industry and is well versed in steering complex, multi-faceted health information technology initiatives. These combined strengths deliver effective results to our customers and support their immediate and long-term goals.

Sree has over 22 years of experience in solution and software development and implementations, with 18 years of technical and project management experience. Throughout his career, he has held many leadership positions at many healthcare IT companies, where he managed project development initiatives and provided visionary leadership to various teams.

Prior to ArborMetrix, Sree was Vice President, Architecture (Application & Data), Product Development & Strategy, Information Security & Infrastructure/DevOps at Babel Health, where he developed and managed product development teams, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security. He has also held leadership positions with TMG Health, Vadyas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Texas Department of Social and Health Services, DrFirst, and HospiScript. He holds a Bachelor of Science in software engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.



Sree Turlapati

Maria is an experienced healthcare technology executive who leads [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix) in its mission to advance healthcare through data science.

Maria has more than 25 years of diverse business and leadership experience in Fortune 10 and entrepreneurial organizations. She has served as CEO, President, and COO of multiple venture-backed early- and growth-stage healthcare enterprise SaaS-based companies, including Champion Healthcare Technologies, [Vynca](/org/vynca), and Healthbox. She also has previously held corporate leadership roles at [GE Healthcare](/org/ge-healthcare-limited), and TheraDoc (a clinical IT business owned by Hospira).

Maria began her career as a clinical scientist at [The University of Chicago](/org/the-university-of-chicago) and as a consultant. As a consultant, she led and contributed to a breadth of strategic, operational, and clinical technology engagements for hospitals, health systems, and payers. Maria has a B.S. in Biology from [Yale University](/org/yale-university) and an M.B.A. from [The University of Chicago](/org/the-university-of-chicago) Booth School of Business in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.

Maria Siambekos

Steve is responsible for overseeing [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix)’s financial and business operations.

He is an experienced leader with nearly three decades of building great companies with exceptional teams and strong cultures. His experience includes business planning, financial management, fundraising, and operational development and execution. Prior to joining [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix), Steve served as CFO of HandyLab, a molecular diagnostic company where he guided the growth and venture financing of the company, ultimately resulting in its acquisition by Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE: BDX).

Previously, Steve also served as CFO of Ardesta, an industry accelerator dedicated to the development of microsystems and other small technologies. He was CFO of a life science products company through its period of rapid growth culminating in its acquisition. Early in his career he held financial management positions with several innovative technology and software companies. Steve was an audit manager at Ernst & Young and earned a BSBA in accounting from [John Carroll University](/org/john-carroll-university).

Steve Richvalsky

Chrystal’s passion for driving outcomes through process and analytics guides her in empowering customers to design and implement registry programs that leverage the latest health informatics and quality measurement best practices.

Her extensive industry knowledge and experience meet the evolving needs of customers as they design their data strategy ensuring goal achievement and registry success. Chrystal has 20 years of experience in data registries and regulatory advocacy.

Prior to joining [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix), she served as the Associate Director of PCPI, National Quality Registry Network where she developed strategies to promote membership retention and organizational growth and educated policymakers on health informatics and quality measurement issues. She has previously held numerous roles for the [American College of Surgeons](/org/american-college-of-surgeons) including Data Analysis Coordinator, Data Analyst, and Data Operations Manager.

Chrystal holds an M.S. in Epidemiology from [Michigan State University](/org/michigan-state-university).

Chrystal Price

Craig is responsible for advancing the mission to improve healthcare through data science by establishing and implementing the vision and roadmap for the platform, associated technologies, and analytic systems. 

As a product executive in healthcare, Craig brings over 15 years of strategic thought leadership to [ArborMetrix](/org/arbormetrix). He has an outstanding track record of developing breakthrough solutions for healthcare stakeholders.

Craig most recently served as Sr. Vice President of Product at InVita Healthcare Technologies, a leading healthcare supply chain solutions provider, where he managed a suite of solutions that optimized supply chains. He previously managed ICU equipment and software solutions at Hill-Rom and Hospira.
