John (Chip) Moore has a diverse and extensive work experience. John (Chip) started their career as an Oil Well Completion Specialist, working as a Wireline Engineer, Geologist, and Sales representative from 1984 to 1986. John (Chip) then transitioned to the banking industry, working as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager at AmSouth Bank from 1986 to 1991, and later as Vice President at SouthTrust Bank in 1992. In 1992, they also became a Principal at Cahaba Valley Development Corporation, where they played a key role in the company. In 1992, Moore joined Highland Mortgage Company as a Senior Vice President until 2005, when they became a Senior Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC. After that, they held the position of President at Highland Commercial Mortgage from 2012 until the present. Additionally, Moore has been with Arbour Valley Development since 2006, where they initially served as a Member and later as Principal. Overall, Moore's expertise spans across mortgage loans, real estate development, and banking, all of which contribute to their wealth of experience in the industry.
John (Chip) Moore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Auburn University, which they obtained from 1979 to 1984. John (Chip) also holds a Masters degree in Business from Auburn University, completed from 1990 to 1991.
