Ciara Sylvester

Ciara Sylvester has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Ciara started working at Selftrade in 2010 as an Industrial Placement Student in Back Office Operations. During their time there, they demonstrated strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and senior management.

In 2012, Ciara joined Selftrade again, this time as a Project Manager Officer, Business Support Analyst, and Change Management specialist. Ciara played a key role in managing the exit of 15,000 customers and the decommissioning of infrastructure and IT systems.

In 2015, Ciara joined Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd as an IT Project Manager and Business Support specialist. Ciara continued to excel in managing projects and supporting the business.

Ciara returned to Arbuthnot Latham in 2018, taking on various roles including Senior IT Project Manager, Senior Manager of IT Change, Senior Manager of Innovation and Business Partnership, and Senior Platform Lead in Banking Systems. Ciara'sresponsibilities increased over time, culminating in their current position as Head of Banking Platforms.

Throughout their experience, Ciara has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Ciara Sylvester completed their A Level education in Business and Economics at West Hatch Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Roding Valley High School from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their GCSE's. In addition to their formal education, Ciara Sylvester obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in October 2014.
