Radu Postole is a seasoned Product Design Lead at Arbutus Medical Inc., specializing in the design and manufacturing processes of Class II implantable devices since April 2020. Prior experience includes leading research and development at Eteros, where an automated washing machine was created within four months, and contributing to the design and launch of low-cost orthopedic power tools targeted for developing countries at Arbutus Medical. Radu also has consultancy experience as a Product Development Manager at TetraGear Inc., successfully launching a Kickstarter campaign, as well as a background in building science consulting with Morrison Hershfield. Earlier roles included sales support and product design at SunCentral Inc., and research assistant positions at the Structured Surface Physics Lab and GKSS, focusing on sunlighting technologies and lightweight materials. Radu holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
