Elin Kiw has a strong background in communication, culture, and people strategy. Elin has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 1999 to 2008, they worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Elin then joined Navigio in 2008 and held positions such as Senior Manager and Head of Communication, Culture & Marketing, where they supported clients in areas such as change management, communication, and training. In 2020, they joined ARC Arise Consulting as the People and Culture Manager, focusing on communication, people engagement, and employer branding. Elin has recently taken on the role of Head of Communications at ARC Arise Consulting.
Elin Kiw attended Nacka Gymnasium from 1990 to 1993, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Social Sciences. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Stockholm University.
