Mikael Kruse has extensive work experience in various industries. Mikael currently serves as the Client Director at ARC Arise Consulting, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at NORD DDB from March 2021 to May 2022.
From February 2019 to June 2020, Mikael worked as the CMO at MQ Marqet AB, where they were responsible for brand and marketing strategies, CRM, PR, customer service, and business development. Mikael also managed a marketing department of 25 employees and external agencies.

Mikael also has experience in the sports industry, working at adidas as the Global Digital Marketing Manager from July 2007 to February 2011. In this role, they managed global brand campaigns in digital channels and collaborated with athletes and clubs. Mikael also launched adidas football on Facebook and built up the community through marketing efforts. Mikael initially started at adidas as a Junior Marketing Manager in January 2006.
To begin their professional career, Mikael worked at Swedbank as a Sales Accountant from January 2000 to December 2005.
Mikael Kruse's education history includes obtaining a Mini MBA in Marketing and Brand Management from Marketing Week in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in International Marketing from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2001 to 2005. Mikael also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Marketing from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2003 to 2004.
