Jennifer Hess

Jennifer Hess currently serves as the Director of Finance at ARC Abrasives, Inc., since November 2024. Jennifer's extensive experience includes serving as Financial Director and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Regal Beloit Corporation from August 2011 to May 2020, and holding various positions at A. O. Smith, Lion Apparel, DAP, and Deloitte & Touche. Jennifer began their career in finance as a General Accounting Manager at DAP and as a Senior at Deloitte & Touche. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University between 1987 and 1991.
