Jim's expertise spans system engineering, standard development, marketing, and software solutions in areas such as lighting, IoT, automated vehicles, and smart cities. Jim has a proven track record of success in founding and managing technology-focused companies, including Strategic Telemetry, Inc. and Surf Networks, Inc. Furthermore, Jim has served in executive roles at the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Metra Corporation, where they spearheaded sales, marketing, and product management functions.

Jim Frazer has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Rider University.
