Leena Kanickaraj is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, HR, and training management. Currently serving as a Client Manager at ARC Advisory Group since September 2011, Leena is responsible for marketing activities and organizing forums for suppliers and end-users in India and South East Asia. Previously, Leena held positions as HR & Admin Manager at CMRS Group of Companies, where recruitment and employee development were key responsibilities, and as Training & Development Manager at CompuSystems India Pvt Ltd, focusing on training effectiveness and process improvements. Leena began the career at Datascribe India Ltd. and NIIT, managing training teams and achieving business targets. Educational qualifications include a B.Com in Accounts from KGF First Grade College and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from GULL University, USA.
