Joe Rubin

Joe Rubin is an accomplished marketing professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as CMO at mowMedia, a podcast growth advertising agency since February 2020, Rubin also holds the position of Founding Partner at ARC Angel Fund, the first Angel Fund in NYC, since January 2010, focusing on early-stage investments in the New York area. Additionally, Rubin acts as a Board Member for RxBra, and previously led FundingPost as Managing Director from January 2001 to February 2020, where efforts were concentrated on connecting entrepreneurs with investors. Early career experience includes a role as Webmaster at Knight Securities in 1998, responsible for website design and development of an online trading platform. Rubin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University between 1994 and 1998.
