Robert Laughter

Robert Laughter is a Design Engineer at ARC Automotive, Inc. since May 2021, with prior experience as a Testing Engineer at Fort Defiance Industries from October 2020 to April 2021. Robert began their career as an intern at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where contributions included the development of advanced additive manufacturing applications and hands-on tool fabrication. Additionally, Robert served as a Technical Intern at BAE Systems, focusing on mechanical design, safety standards, and field verification for wastewater facility projects. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2019.
