Anthony Siefker

Anthony Siefker is a Continuous Improvement Manager and Maintenance Manager at Ruggable since November 2021. Prior to this role, Anthony worked at Unilever as a Maintenance Lead and Production Engineer from July 2020 to November 2021. Anthony's experience also includes serving as a Quality Manager and Quality Manager - Process Engineer at PolyOne from May 2018 to July 2020, where Anthony went through the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Anthony began their career as a Reliability Engineering Intern at INEOS from May 2015 to August 2017. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2018.
