Arshaluis Hogikyan has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Honda R&D Americas, LLC and a Freelance Writer at AutoIndia.com. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Process (Aerospace) Engineer at Aerospace Materials Processing. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Manufacturing Engineer at Avcorp Industries. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Applied Composites. Currently, they are a Manufacturing Engineer at Arc Boat Company.

Arshaluis Hogikyan attended the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Aerospace Engineering. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University College of Engineering. In 2020, they obtained a Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Professional - Technologist (GDTP) certification from Applied Composites.
