Charisse Lloyd is a seasoned Training and Development Specialist currently with Arc Broward since June 2023. Prior to this role, Charisse spent 26 years at AT&T, advancing through positions including Senior Training Manager of Retail and Call Center Design, Store Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Charisse holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Phoenix (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Humanities from Florida Atlantic University (1988-1992).
