Jaidree Braddix is an accomplished publishing professional currently serving as the Head of Publishing at ARC Collective since January 2025. With a robust background in literary representation, Jaidree worked as a Literary Agent at Park & Fine Literary and Media from January 2019 to December 2024 and began as an Associate Literary Agent at Sterling Lord Literistic Inc from July 2017 to December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Publicist in the cooking and lifestyle sectors at Skyhorse Publishing, Inc, and as a Legal Assistant at Martin Clearwater & Bell. Jaidree also contributed as a Freelance Alumna Writer for the University of Northern Colorado's alumni magazine and gained editorial experience as an Intern with Interweave's Beadwork and Jewelry Stringing magazines. Notably, Jaidree founded and served as Editor in Chief of The Claw Magazine, the University of Northern Colorado's first student-run entertainment feature magazine. Jaidree holds a Master of Science in Publishing from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
