Bradley Mingels

Bradley Mingels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, education, and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Arc Completa, Inc. since January 2023, Mingels provides critical design, evaluation, and strategic planning services to diverse clients. As the Director of Workforce Development and Program Director for the MS Engineering Management program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Mingels oversees academic curricula and training for both defense and commercial sectors. Additionally, Mingels has held adjunct professor roles at both the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Northeastern University, focusing on engineering and business course development. Previous roles include Engineering Teacher at Scituate High School and Principal Consultant at Businology, Inc. Mingels holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Bentley University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
