Alicia Dovale is a seasoned Senior Producer currently with ARC Creative since February 2025. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Senior Design Producer at The Mill from January 2023 to February 2025, where collaboration with producers, artists, and clients led to the successful delivery of high-quality projects in motion design and VFX. Alicia began a career in production at John McNeil Studio from October 2014 to October 2019, gaining foundational skills by managing commercial, broadcast, and digital productions and overseeing global campaigns. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, completed in 2013.
