Cynthia B. has been working in the recruitment industry since 2017. Cynthia started their career as a Telemarketer at Taskphone Argentina in 2017. In 2018, they joined BairesDev as an Executive Headhunter Specialist, Executive Head Hunter, and IT Recruiter. Her role as Executive Headhunter Specialist included contact with clients and C-Level executives to understand their needs, guiding hiring managers on best practices, and coordinating with sourcing teams to create acquisition strategies. In 2021, they joined Arc.dev as a Lead Talent Partner and Technical Recruiter.

Cynthia B. attended the Instituto Universitario de la Policía Federal Argentina (IUPFA) from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Lic. en Relaciones Internacionales in the field of Relaciones internacionales y asuntos exteriores.
