Tripp Lane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and board roles. As Partner and Founder of Delancey Cove LLC since June 2017, Tripp specializes in portfolio company monitoring, turnaround management, financial restructuring, deal sourcing, and transaction execution for private equity and special situations investors. Currently, Tripp holds various board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at Maisons du Monde, National CineMedia, ARC Gaming & Technologies, Quoizel, Cell C, and Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK), as well as Chair of the Board at LBI EHF. Additionally, Tripp served as Non-Executive Director at Card Factory and recently held a board position at Mobileum. Tripp's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a BA in International Relations from Colgate University.
