Mike Dini, PMP

Mike Dini has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Corporal E-4 in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1990. During their time in the Marine Corps, they performed troubleshooting and maintenance on various aircraft components and held leadership positions in charge of programs related to safety, training, and equipment control.

Following their service in the Marine Corps, Dini worked for Covidien from 1990 to 2012, where they held multiple engineering and management roles. Mike started as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer and was responsible for upgrading and maintaining high-speed production lines. Mike then became a Principal Project Engineer, providing project management and support across all business units. Finally, they served as the Plant Engineering Manager for the Commerce, Texas plant.

After Covidien, Dini worked for Medtronic as a Plant Engineering Manager from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they provided project management and engineering support for the Deland plant, as well as other plants as directed.

Currently, Dini serves as the ARC Florida General Manager for ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. since 2016. Mike is responsible for the development and launch of highly technical medical device components. In addition, they are a member of the ARC Group Worldwide Board of Directors. Prior to this role, they were the Engineering Manager for the FloMet Deland facility, where they oversaw new product development, project management, continuous improvement, and technology development.

Throughout their career, Dini has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in engineering and project management. Mike has managed teams of direct and indirect reports and has been involved in various aspects of plant and facility operations.

Mike Dini, PMP has a diverse education history. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they pursued studies in Business and Leadership Studies. Prior to that, from 1993 to 2000, Mike received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Trinity University. In addition, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Georgia Highlands College and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electronics Technology, focusing on Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.

Alongside their formal education, Mike Dini has also acquired additional certifications. Mike successfully completed the "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" course offered by LinkedIn in May 2019. Furthermore, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
