Paul Marcinkowski

Paul Marcinkowski is the Director at Arc Hospitality Recruitment, a leading event staffing agency. Paul has been with the company since its inception in 2008, co-Directing the business alongside Michael Gavin. In 2020, Paul also co-founded Arc Recruitment Solutions during the pandemic, adding to the pair's business portfolio. Prior to their work at Arc, Paul completed a 3-month internship at Royal Bank of Scotland in their investment banking division. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
