Sam Crowford

Sam Crowford is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People at Arc Infrastructure since April 2018, Sam oversees HR functions for a company managing 5,500 km of rail infrastructure in Western Australia. Previous experience includes founding Peoplelink Australia, where expertise was provided in HR management for multiple notable clients. Sam also held managerial roles at WA Gas Networks and WestNet Infrastructure Group, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented across diverse divisions. Earlier career highlights include a Senior HR Manager position at Insurance Australia Group and an Assistant Personnel & Training Manager role at Bournemouth and West Hants Water.
