April Pawluk, PhD, currently serves as a Scientific Publications Strategist at the Arc Institute, focusing on establishing a comprehensive scientific publications infrastructure to assist researchers during the manuscript writing and publication process. April has a robust background in scientific editing, having worked as a Senior Scientific Editor and Scientific Editor for Life Science Editors and formerly at Cell Press, where approximately 400 manuscripts were handled annually. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and postdoctoral research in Jennifer Doudna's lab at the University of California, Berkeley.
