Silke Nock

Silke Nock is currently the Scientific Operations Lead at Arc Institute. Prior to this role, Silke held positions such as Director Scientific Operations at Altos Labs and Laboratory Manager at HHMI. Throughout their career, Silke has been involved in personnel functions such as hiring management and staff supervision, administrative functions including EH&S compliance and procurement management, as well as technical functions like managing equipment repair and lab organization. Silke has a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of San Francisco and has received additional certifications in coaching and leadership. Their research experience includes working on biochemical research projects at various universities.
