Sonia Solorio is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management roles across various real estate and property management companies. Currently serving as Controller at ARC Multifamily Group since November 2024, Sonia has previously held positions as Assistant Controller and Senior Accounting Manager at Crew Enterprises from July 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Sonia worked as Accounting Manager and CPA candidate/Sr. Accountant at Cal-Am Properties, Inc., and began the accounting career as a Staff Accountant. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and an Associates Degree in Real Estate Management from Fullerton College.

ARC Multifamily Group is a privately held real estate investment and asset management company with its sole focus on the value-add multifamily asset class. Our goal is to acquire multifamily assets that through a combination of operational efficiencies, value-add capital improvements, and strong property management allows us to generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity and appreciation for our investors. We look to acquire developments of 100 units or more to maximize economic efficiency. ARC Multifamily Group is looking to grow our portfolio significantly over the course of the next few years, taking advantage of the current market conditions and the window of opportunity that exists during this time.
