Tracy Averill

Tracy Averill is the current Director at ARC NORTHLAND. Tracy has over 6 years of experience in the field of mental health, with their previous position being a Mental Health Educator at Essentia Health. In this role, Tracy was responsible for providing trauma-informed education, preparing programs for national accreditation visits, and being a knowledgeable resource on the Adult Behavioral Health Unit. Tracy has also been a part of several committees that focus on determining and implementing organizational and unit specific process improvement objectives. Through their work, Tracy has shown their dedication to improving the lives of those affected by mental illness.

Tracy Averill has a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
