Melisa Sanchez

Melisa Sanchez has extensive experience in the human services field, with a focus on supporting individuals in the I/DD community. Since July 2019, Melisa has worked as a Job Developer at The Arc Lane County. Prior roles include Job Coach at MCKENZIE PERSONNEL SYSTEMS and Looking Glass Community Services, as well as a Social Services Associate at RAPPAHANNOCK-RAPIDAN COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD. Melisa also served as a Substance Abuse Technician/Case Manager and has a background in property management and mentoring. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Arts from Monterey Peninsula College.
