DeWayne Howell is the current Director at ARC OF MADISON COUNTY INC. Prior to their current position, they held various management positions at Polaris Inc., Husky Injection Molding Systems, and other companies. DeWayne has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and management.
DeWayne Howell began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Husky Injection Molding Systems in 2006. DeWayne was promoted to Manufacturing Technology Manager in 2009 and held that position for five years. In 2014, they were promoted again to Manufacturing Manager. DeWayne left Husky Injection Molding Systems in 2016 to join Polaris Inc. as their Facilities Manager.
At Polaris Inc., Howell was responsible for managing facilities and maintenance for 910,000 sqft green field site on 500 acres. DeWayne developed staffing plans and hired 4 shift staff to support the facility, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians. DeWayne also drove the development of an energy management program and achieved ISO 50001 ready status through the DOE program. In 2019, they were promoted to Weld and Tube Fab Production Manager, where they managed a team of 7 supervisors and 300 team members across two shifts producing frames and direct-to-paint components for Rangers and Slingshots. In 2020, they were again promoted, this time to Injection Mold and Liquid Paint Manager. DeWayne held this position until May 2021 when they left Polaris Inc. to become the Director at ARC OF MADISON COUNTY INC.

DeWayne Howell has a MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. DeWayne also went to Pinkerton Academy for high school.
