Tiara Slack

Tiara Slack is the Vice-President of Quality Management at The Arc of the Ozarks. Tiara has been in this position for 10 years and 6 months. Prior to their current role, they were a quality assurance manager at a manufacturing company. In their current role, they are responsible for ensuring that the products and services provided by The Arc of the Ozarks meet or exceed customer expectations. Tiara also works with other departments to improve processes and procedures.

Tiara Slack has a Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University in Gerontology, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. Tiara is also a CARF Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
