Whitley Beard

Whitley Beard, MOL, currently serves as a Recruiter of Clinical Talent at The Arc of the Ozarks since October 2023, following a tenure as a Project Manager at James River Church from December 2018 to October 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Mercy from September 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Manager-Credentialing Relations, Advanced Practice Recruiter, and Recruitment Coordinator. Whitley also worked as a Fine Arts Coordinator for the General Council of the Assemblies of God in 2013, and as a Customer Service Manager at Plato's Closet from May 2010 to February 2013. Whitley holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Missouri State University (2011-2014).
