Kolton Chapman

Kolton Chapman is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry with a career spanning from 2009 to the present. Currently serving as Team Lead Well Servicing and Team Lead Field Production at ARC Resources Ltd. since September 2014, Kolton provides leadership and mentorship while managing workover and recompletion planning, artificial lift design, and production analysis for NEBC properties. Previous roles at Murphy Oil included Well Servicing Coordinator and Optimization Engineering Technologist, where Kolton optimized operations for a significant gas plant and numerous shale gas wells, initiated management of change processes, and ensured regulatory compliance. Kolton holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and has demonstrated proficiency in various technical systems and safety procedures throughout the career.
