Jerry Lin

Jerry Lin started their work experience as a Research & Advanced Development Grad Intern at Cisco Systems in 2009. Jerry then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Information Sciences Institute from 2010 to 2015. After that, they served as a Computer Science Teacher at Milken Community High School from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, Jerry co-founded Vizzario, Inc and worked as a Scientist until 2015. Jerry then joined Connectifier, Inc as a Software Engineer until it was acquired by LinkedIn. At LinkedIn, Jerry held the positions of Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2019 and Staff Software Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Staff Software Engineer at Arc Technologies, where they were the second engineering hire at an early stage startup that is part of Y Combinator W22.

Jerry Lin completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Jerry first pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Southern California from 2005 to 2008. Jerry then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2010. Jerry further pursued their academic career at the University of Southern California, obtaining a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from 2009 to 2015.
