Garrett Partridge

Garrett Partridge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Garrett is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ARC Technology Solutions, LLC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Gefran, where they held the positions of Director of Operations - USA and Canada from November 2019 to October 2021, and Technical Services Manager for USA and Canada from November 2017 to November 2019.

Before joining Gefran, Garrett worked at ARC Technology Solutions, LLC, initially starting as a Network Technician at Sunset Hill Communications from May 2000 to March 2003. Garrett then worked as a Sound Technician at Williams and Dimaggio Sound from March 2003 to June 2005. Later, they joined ANSERI CORPORATION as a Hardware Engineering Intern from January 2008 to June 2008. Garrett also gained experience as a Safety Controls Engineering Intern at GOSS INTERNATIONAL from June 2008 to January 2009.

At ARC Technology Solutions, LLC, Garrett held various roles, including Test Engineer, Design Engineer II from January 2009 to May 2012, Manufacturing Engineering Lead/Project Manager II from May 2012 to January 2014, and Director of Operations from January 2014 to November 2017. As the Director of Operations, they were responsible for overseeing the entire operations team, including Engineering, IT, Program Management, and Production departments. Garrett also managed project execution, vendor and material management, process improvements, and implemented and optimized production cells.

Garrett's work experience also includes a role as Operations Manager at ENDICOTT CUSTOM MACHINE from May 2004 to December 2008. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as technical solutions, test system design, integration, tooling design and automation, software development, depot test and repair, technology insertion, and circuit card design.

Garrett Partridge has a strong educational background in the field of Organizational Leadership. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Garrett successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2008.

To further enhance their leadership skills, Garrett pursued additional education in Organizational Leadership. From 2020 to 2021, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, focusing on this field. Additionally, in 2022, they participated in a program at Harvard Business School Executive Education, earning a Certificate in Organizational Leadership.

Furthermore, Garrett has obtained a certification in the High Potentials Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in May 2022.
