Ilya Shustikov

Ilya Shustikov is a Technical Director at ARC International, where they manage branch maintenance staff and oversee equipment technical operations and preventative maintenance, along with plant investments projects. Previously, Ilya served as a Mechanical Maintenance Manager at a branch of OSC "Lafarge Cement" and as an Investment Manager and later Investment Director at the same company, where they were responsible for numerous significant projects including the construction of high-efficiency cement mills. Ilya holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Moscow Transport Machine Building Academy and an honors diploma in economics from Russian State Humanities University.
