Creighton Hayes

Creighton Hayes currently serves as the Business Operations and Marketing Lead at Arc4 since March 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure with the United States Marine Corps from January 2016 to June 2024, holding various positions such as Assistant Operations Officer, Strategic Weapon Security Supervisor, and Officer Candidate Instructor. Key achievements include coordinating a multi-agency training exercise for federal and state organizations and enhancing operational efficiency by 20%. Creighton has also mentored over 200 employees in strategic security operations and trained 400 Marine Officer candidates. Additionally, Creighton worked as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Reporter/Anchor for KOMU 8 & Mid-Missouri CW. Currently pursuing an MBA at the UW Foster School of Business, Creighton holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
